The CCA is responsible to and works under the direction of the LPN or RN in providing care for the resident(s) which includes meeting their physical, social, and psychological needs. Maintains confidentiality and respects the residents right to privacy.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Casual Position
The LPN functions as a member of the interdisciplinary resident care team under the direction of the Registered Nurse or Director of Care. It is the responsibility of the LPN to provide, supervise or assist in the provision of resident care, administration of medication, maintenance of a clean and sanitary environment, and leisure, independence-promoting programs, and supervisory duties.
Registered Nurse (RN) Casual Position
To assume the primary responsibility for the delivery of quality nursing care to all residents in accordance with the philosophy of Wynn Park Villa. To assist the Director of Care in promotion, interpretation, and application of the philosophy through all members of the Nursing Staff and all departments.
